Serving designated geographic areas, these focal point agencies provide the entry points through which older persons—and their families—access a broad array of programs and services.

The Rainbow Project
Provides support, education, and resources for caregivers who are grandparents and other relatives as parents. Support group meets 2nd Saturday/month, 9-11 am at The Rainbow Project (831 E Washington Avenue, Madison) with free childcare. NewBridge Madison
Provides support, education, and resources for Spanish-speaking caregivers who are grandparents raising their grandchildren living throughout Dane County. Support and education group is conducted in Spanish; limited transportation available and light refreshments offered. Support group meets 4th Wednesday/most months, 5:30-8 pm at Fitchburg Senior Center (5510 E Lacy Road).

There are 24 Dane County senior dining sites where seniors (age 60+) meet to socialize and have a nutritious meal on a donation basis. Meals provided on a donation basis and everyone is welcome to participate regardless of their ability to contribute.
